When a plan offers something as sought after as discounts on medical services it better have a straight-forward way for its plan members to find the eligible providers. Those who have signed up for a plan with New Benefits, LTD likely won’t have much to complain about when it comes to the ease of which providers can be located using the My Member Portal. To gain entry to the portal, plan members can go to the Locate Providers page and enter an email address along with a password before clicking the Login button. Those who are starting to panic due to a forgotten password should try to remain calm as accounts can be recovered by clicking the Forgot your password? link and entering an email address to have reset instructions sent. Users who need to login to the portal using a Group Number can click the Group Login button located at the top of the Locate Providers page.
Things to Remember About the My Member Portal
- The discount card program is NOT insurance and contains a 30 day cancellation period
- This discount program does not make warranties concerning the quality of care received
- The benefits associated with the program may not be used with any other discount plans
- Savings are based on the provider’s normal fees (vary by location, services, and products)
- Programs may vary in some states and the providers may be removed at any given time
