Prudential My Benefits
- Login to access employee benefit information
- Access granted through designated benefits page
Prudential employees can now access their benefits information through the Prudential My Benefits page. After logging into the benefits page employees will be able to harness the one-stop-shop access to coverage information and services. The login process is fairly simple and straight forward: employees will need to enter their User ID and password into the fields provided on the Prudential My Benefits page. Once the User ID and password have been entered employees will need to click on the Go button in order to continue into their accounts. Employees that cannot recall their User ID can simply click on the Forgot User ID? link to begin the User ID recovery process. To recover the User ID employees will need to enter their Access Code/Control number. This number is five digits long, is found on correspondence received from Prudential, and can also be referred to as the employees group contract number or group policy. Once the Access Code/Control number is entered employees can click the Next button to continue with the User ID recovery process. Employees who have forgotten their passwords will need to enter their User Id to begin the password recovery process. Prudential employees that are new to the Prudential My Benefits page can create an account by clicking the Register Here button. To start the account creation process employees will need to enter their Access Code/Control number for identity purposes.
