Waitrose customers can now spend a few minutes providing feedback on a recent experience by taking the online survey found at the Waitrose Have Your Say page. Upon completion of the survey participants should see just how much their opinion matters by being entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a lip-smacking £500 in Waitrose vouchers. Those who are in the mood to opine can begin by confirming whether they are providing feedback on a store visit or an online order. Once the type of survey has been selected it will be necessary to confirm if the participant is 18 years of age or older before beginning the actual question and answer portion of the process. Participants who want to review the full set of rules associated with the prize draw can do so by clicking the Terms & Conditions link at the bottom of the Waitrose Have Your Say page.

- Open to participants who are residents in the British Isles and at least 18 years old
- Winners can pick up prize at a local Waitrose store or have it sent through the mail
- All prizes are non-transferable with no alternative (cash or otherwise) for any prize
- 1 winner will be selected in each calendar month from all the valid submitted entries
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of the draw taking place
