Your Care Matters – 3
- Unit must be selected to begin
- Consists of 3 different sections
- Privacy Policy can be reviewed
One of the most important services a person can provide feedback on is a service that has to do with their health. Those who have made a recent visit to the East Surrey or Crawley Hospitals now have the opportunity to let the healthcare providers know how the visit went through use of the online survey posted at the Your Care Matter s – 3 page. To begin the process it will first be necessary to choose which unit of the hospital was visited (a drop down list containing 10 different units is available to select from). After confirming the unit a date of service must be entered prior to starting the actual question and answer portion of the survey. Those who are concerned about privacy issues may want to take a look at the Privacy Policy before beginning the survey (link to the policy is provided at the bottom of the Your Care Matters – 3 page).
Summary of the Survey Sections
- The 1st section consists of 1 question on how likely the patient is to recommend the unit
- The 2nd section of the survey is made up of 33 questions as well as a field for comments
- The 3rd section is only 5 questions that focus on personal information about the patient
- A box is available to be checked by those who do not want any comments made public
Once all of the questions have been answered the Complete Survey button posted at the bottom of the Your Care Matters – 3 page can be clicked to wrap things up. Those who have questions for either hospital can try reaching out to the Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust headquarters by phone.
